2. Use Zook Search- SF for Alameda, Marin and San Francisco County searches.

3. Use Zook Search-LA for Los Angeles and Orange County searches.

4. Use Kay’s Rapid Records Search for San Bernardino and Riverside County searches.

5. Use ALLDATA for San Diego County searches.

6. Use Bayshore Research & Retrieval for Contra Costa, Monterey and Santa Cruz Counties (if they’re not responsive use Ficoso)

1. Use All American Document Services for FL county searches (you can also use Perdido Title & Abstract as a backup or if AADS is not responsive)

2. Use CorpAccess for all STATE LEVEL filings and certified copy requests (DO NOT USE FLORIDA FILING & SEARCH)

GEORGIA

1. Use All American Document Services for all county searches

HAWAII

1. Use Honolulu Information for all county searches – liens are indexed at the Bureau of Conveyances.  There is no separate lien registry in the individual counties.  Send all HI requests to this vendor.

                a. send UCC prelims to vendor as well, ficoso site database is inaccurate and contains multiple duplications due to third party data.

IDAHO

1. Use Synex LLC

INDIANA

1. Use R&R Investigative Services for IN SOS and the following counties: Marion County, Hendricks
County, Boone County, Montgomery County, Morgan County, Johnson County, Putnam County.

2. Use Boomerang for all other county level searches

ILLINOIS

1. Use Boomerang for ALL IL Counties

2. Norman Legal Services can be used for Cook County IL (very fast service but slightly more than Boomerang)

3. Use Service Partners Information Co. for ALL SOS

IOWA

1. Use Heartland Corporate Services for filings/searches
2. You can use Search Network, Ltd. as a back up – similar pricing to Heartland on searches.

KANSAS

1. Use Search Network, Ltd. for filings and searches

KENTUCKY

1. Use Docusearch for corporate requests

NEW JERSEY

1. Use Northeast Court Services for all County level searches

2. If the above is unavailable, use Mohr Information.

3. Use Charles Dunn for NJ SOS retrievals that are not available online.

4. Use Kaufman for State Filings (most available online too)

NEW YORK

1. Use Zook Search – NY for the following counties:

Brooklyn (Kings County), Bronx, Queens, Manhattan (New York County), Staten Island

2. Use Boomerang for all OTHER COUNTIES in New York (no state searches)

                a. Service Partners can be used for county level but slightly more expensive than Boomerang

3. Use Delaney Corporate for ALL SOS requests in New York

4. Use Premier for all NY publications

NORTH CAROLINA

1. Use NC Corporate Connection county searches in this state.

2. Use state direct website for SOS level searches, select Gold Certificate for certified option and include Federal Tax Liens.

OHIO

1. Use Unisearch – OH for county level searches in this state.

OKLAHOMA

1. Use Best Lien Service for all county level searches in this state and state certified UCC index.

OREGON

1. Use DATA RESEARCH for all OR county and state level searches.

PENNSYLVANIA

1. Use Penncorp for all SOS work

2. Use Boomerang for county level searches

PUERTO RICO

1. Use Fast Solutions

RHODE ISLAND

1. Use Parasearch, Inc. - county level searches will require name of city/town.

SOUTH CAROLINA

1. Use Liberty Corporate Services for filing submissions (they do more runs/expedite slots than
Searchtec)

2. Use Searchtec for searches

SOUTH DAKOTA

1. Use Person Enterprises for Certified UCC Searches
2. Use First Dakota Title for the following counties: Brookings, Clay, Codington, Day, Deuel, Hamlin,
Lincoln, Minnehaha, Union and Yankton.
3. Use FICOSO for any county not listed above

TENNESSEE

1. Use Capital Filing for any TN counties searches and CORPORATE requests. (Litigation searches should include Circuit, Chancery and General Sessions Court)

TEXAS

1.  Use ASA for Collin, Dallas, Denton, Tarrant, Hidalgo, Travis and Harris County searches. (Need to note to vendor to include County Court-at-law)

2. Use RASI for ALL OTHER COUNTIES in Texas. (Need to note to vendor to include County Court-at-law). You can also us them for UCC filings.

3. Delaney is preferred vendor for filing submissions - if sending over an uploadable document the cut-off is at 4:30pm CST and for over-the-counter submissions it's 3:45pm CST.

UTAH

1. Use QuickData for corporate requests all county searches

WASHINGTON

1. Use Boomerang for all county level searches

2.Use Courttrax for county level searches as last resort (very bad at confirming orders and slow compared to above vendor)

3. Use All American Document Services, LLC for WA state level filings (can use CLASCORP/CORPSMART as a backup)

WEST VIRGINIA 

1. Use Mohr Information for county level searches (they can get most counties within 48 hours)

WISCONSIN

1. use Advanced Nationwide for state level searches

2. Use Boomerang for county level searches (Make sure to tell them to include all searches for different corporate endings as well as adverse liens at the county level)

VIRGINIA

1. Use UCC Retrievals Inc. for all SOS corporate retrievals/filings and county searches.

2. State's website to order certified UCC/FTL searches

WYOMING

1. Use Synex/Synergy for all SOS and county level searches

**KENTUCKY, ALABAMA, MISSOURI, MISSISSIPPI

1. Use Strategic Research for ALL COUNTY searches

2.  Use Strategic Research for KY, AL, and MS state level searches

3. **For Missouri Filings – Use Jeff City Filing (cheaper and faster than Strategic)**

INTERNATIONAL SEARCHES

1. For international requests use one of the following: Agile Legal (Melissa.Poulard@agilelegal.com), ACE Global (Irene@aceglobalbiz.com) and SystemDay (home@systemday.com) **For international requests you can compare pricing with the above vendors as it will usually vary greatly – if you’re unfamiliar with a certain jurisdiction check with Gwen first**
